Procedural Robotics collects data for and deploys spatial reasoning models in factories. We automate the line work that remains too variable and dexterous for traditional automation. We collect embodied data from live production lines through our teleoperated robot arms, handheld grippers, and egocentric cameras at high-mix factories in the United States, Indonesia, and China. The data is labeled and used to train the world's most powerful models. When the models are ready, the same infrastructure used to collect the data runs live inference.

There will be two, maybe more, revolutions in the industrial capacity of the world. The invention of the first has already occurred, and the countries that captured it became vastly wealthier than those that did not. The material abundance that we live in today is the output of the feedback loop that began there: cheaper iron built better machines, and better machines made iron cheaper still.
America originally captured a large share of this loop. In pursuit of ever cheaper production, we exported much of the capability that made it possible, and what now stands between us and the consequences is protectionist policy.
Our second great industrial revolution must again bring domestic manufacture, else reduce us to dependence on that foreign nation, or to being clothed in skins.1
